Role: Accounts Assistant

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, Angeles, Mabalacat

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

  • Advanced proficiency in data entry and maintaining comprehensive financial records. 
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 
  • Skilled in preparing and analyzing financial statements. 
  • Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently. 
  • Expertise in reconciling accounts and handling complex financial transactions. 

Qualifications and requirements:


EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. 
  • Demonstrated success in working remotely or in a virtual environment. 
  • Proven experience in supporting financial audits and compliance tasks. 


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Preferred: Certification in Accounting or a related professional qualification. 


SOFTWARE: 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero. 
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management tools. 

PERSONALITY MATCH/SOFT SKILLS: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. 
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in accounting or financial support roles. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
