Sales Onboarding and Training Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new Sales hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Deliver training on sales processes, CRM tools, client communication, and workflows.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials, SOPs, and learning resources.
• Track trainee progress, provide coaching, and address knowledge gaps.
• Conduct refresher training and coaching based on performance trends.
• Support team members in communication, client handling, and engagement skills.
• Align training initiatives with business goals in partnership with Sales leaders.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to ensure training effectiveness.
• Monitor onboarding completion, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Assist with process improvements and standardization across teams.
• Contribute to special projects in learning, quality, and sales enablement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, or learning & development roles, with at least 3 years focused on training.
- 5+ years of contact center experience (B2B/SaaS).
- Experience in onboarding or training sales teams.
- Experience handling employee onboarding, training delivery, and performance coaching.
- Confident in managing different learning styles and fast-paced operational demand.
- Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and training documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BPO or sales environments.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable and capable of driving employee engagement and continuous learning initiatives.
Work Set-up: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
