Job Title: Bangladesh Local Resource & Payment Channel Specialist

Salary Range:1,000USD – 1,600USD

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Development & Commercial Negotiation: Responsible for the market expansion, commercial negotiation, and onboarding of native payment channels (local pay-in/pay-out, bank gateways, and 3rd/4th party payments) in Bangladesh.
2. Wallet & Account Integration: Responsible for the opening, acquisition, and resource integration of local core mobile wallet accounts, as well as establishing seamless merchant pay-in and pay-out channels.
3. Operations, Maintenance & Account Management: Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, fund allocation, liquidity management, and reconciliation follow-ups for local wallets and bank accounts.
4. Risk Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor channel transaction success rates and processing anomalies in real-time. Proactively mitigate and handle crises related to local compliance requirements (KYC/AML) and account freezing risks to guarantee stable business operations.
5. Cross-Border Team Collaboration: Actively coordinate with headquarters regarding business dispatching and resource alignment, providing first-line feedback on local market policies and fee structures.

Job Requirements:

• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the local payment industry, banking, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), or other financial institutions. • Industry Knowledge: Deeply familiar with the Bangladesh local payment ecosystem, online banking transfers, and the underlying operational workflows of the payment business.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Project Management: Possess sound project management capabilities.
