Role Overview
The Project Team Lead provides senior management, resource scheduling, and delivery governance across all three service locations. Operating as the off-base supervisor, this role functions as the core focal point for customer satisfaction, corporate IT compliance, and audit delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of multi-site technical services, ensuring contract requirements are met with high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the centralized contractor focal point for any customer escalations regarding staff conduct or service delivery.
- Directly manage, delegate activities to, and supervise 7 Helpdesk staff, 4 Systems Administrators, and 1 Telecommunications Support engineer across all sites.
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activation of all backup service support personnel.
- Execute strict physical site inspection visits: visiting the Makati office weekly, and the Mak-Ban and Tiwi operations quarterly.
- Conduct quarterly team performance reviews and participate in semi-annual project alignment meetings with corporate IT Operations.
- Track overall project delivery statuses, provide technical resolution blueprints for structural deadlocks, and compile monthly reports.
- Validate, approve, and submit monthly contractor overtime summaries and service charges.
- Represent the contractor at monthly corporate safety meetings and participate in sponsored corporate training courses.
- Collaborate with internal system administrators to deliver documentation for formal IT Audits and internal control reviews.
- Review corporate IT policies and guide staff on new security instructions, vulnerability findings, and risk assessments.
- Govern the contractor Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) functions, auditing DRP kits, equipment, manuals, and attending tabletop simulation meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant training certificate or similar project experience; requires at least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Supervisor if specific certifications are absent.
- Broad technological literacy in Microsoft Server architectures (2013 Server+, Network Infrastructure+, Active Directory+) and Microsoft Exchange Server 2013.
- Familiarity with HP Proficiency tools, Tape Libraries, and enterprise storage systems (3PAR, Primera).
- Familiarity with EMC Networker (9.2.1 or higher), desktop operating systems (Windows 8.1 or higher), and basic Cisco certified structures (CCNT).
