Customer Support Representative - Satellite Radio Account

Job Overview

We are seeking Customer Support Representatives for our Satellite Radio Account in IT Park, Cebu. The role involves assisting customers with subscription concerns, account inquiries, and technical-related issues while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls regarding satellite radio services

• Assist with subscriptions, billing, and account concerns

• Troubleshoot basic service-related issues

• Document customer interactions accurately

• Meet quality and productivity standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 months international voice BPO experience

• Open to HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willing to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu

• Must be available to start on June 10 or June 17, 2026

• Amenable to shifting schedules
