Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter (Career Support Associate) to support job seekers throughout their employment journey. This role involves reviewing candidate profiles, matching applicants with suitable opportunities, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and employers.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Job Seeker Support

  • Review candidate profiles and resumes to identify suitable job opportunities.
  • Match candidates with relevant openings through Jobley career pages and other sourcing channels.
  • Assess candidate strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on resume enhancements and profile optimization.
  • Explain job requirements, employer expectations, and hiring processes to candidates.

Employer Support

  • Coordinate interviews between employers and job seekers.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and related arrangements.
  • Ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates to employers.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support placement efforts by ensuring a smooth candidate experience.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Care, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer or client service.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
  • Stable employment history, preferably with at least 1 year tenure per employer within the last 2 years.


Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in US Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or recruitment-related sales.
  • Experience supporting high-volume, seasonal, or mass hiring initiatives.
  • Background in healthcare recruitment is an advantage but not required.
