Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the mall’s financial operations, including billing, collections, cash management, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process billing statements and invoices for mall tenants.
- Monitor and follow up tenant payments and collections.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting documents.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding billing and payment concerns.
- Assist during audits and financial reviews.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
