About Us
We are a fast-growing Australian Digital Marketing and Removalist company operating across multiple locations in Australia. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of marketing campaigns, client communication, project delivery, and team coordination.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Digital Marketing experience who can manage projects from start to finish while ensuring clients receive exceptional service and results.
This is not a task-based coordinator role. We are looking for a leader who can take ownership, make decisions, manage clients, build a team, and drive projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Ownership Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and accountability for assigned projects, tasks, and client outcomes.
- Operate with a high level of independence and professionalism, ensuring work is completed without constant supervision.
- Make informed business and operational decisions when required, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Proactively identify challenges, risks, and opportunities, and implement solutions before issues escalate.
- While support, guidance, and resources will always be available from management, you must be confident in taking initiative and driving projects forward independently.
- Build, manage, and lead a high-performing support team as the business grows.
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of junior team members who will work under your supervision.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure junior staff maintain productivity, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Develop and improve workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to increase team efficiency and scalability.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within your team.
- Act as a leader within the organisation, setting expectations and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Project Management
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate tasks between internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems.
- Maintain project documentation and workflows.
Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication.
- Handle client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Digital Marketing Management
- Plan, manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other online campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Review marketing reports and communicate results to clients.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure campaign success.
Team Coordination
- Manage and coordinate Graphic Designers, Virtual Assistants, Content Creators, and Marketing Specialists.
- Assign tasks and monitor deadlines.
- Ensure all team members remain productive and accountable.
- Conduct daily and weekly team meetings.
- Assist with workflow improvements and process implementation.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare project status reports.
- Track KPIs and project performance metrics.
- Maintain CRM and project management systems.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) when required.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Strong Digital Marketing knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience working with Australian, UK, US, or international clients preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
Technical Knowledge
Experience with some or all of the following:
- Facebook Business Manager
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Canva
- CRM Systems
- Project Management Software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace
Work From Home Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Backup internet connection preferred
- Modern computer or laptop
- Quiet home office environment
- Webcam and headset for meetings
Important Employment Conditions
- This is initially a Work From Home position.
- The role may transition to an office-based setup in the future.
- Successful applicants must be willing to work from an office on short notice if business requirements change.
