Role Overview

The Business Development Assistant provides administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Business Development Manager in expanding prosthetics and orthotics (P&O) services throughout the Philippines. The role is responsible for preparing presentations and proposals, maintaining contracts and partnership records, coordinating stakeholder communications, managing CRM data, and supporting business development projects.


This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional seeking to develop a career in business development, healthcare partnerships, and project coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of business development activities and partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with hospitals, NGOs, foundations, government agencies, insurers, and corporate partners.
  • Maintain business development pipelines and activity trackers.

Presentation & Proposal Preparation

  • Prepare professional presentations, proposals, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing information required for partnership discussions, funding proposals, and management reports.
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, well-formatted, and submitted on time.

Contract & Document Management

  • Maintain organized records of contracts, MOUs, partnership agreements, and related documents.
  • Track document approvals, signatures, contract renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure proper filing and version control of all business development documents.

CRM & Data Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system.
  • Update partner information, meeting notes, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Compile information and prepare summary reports for management review.
  • Support data collection for funding applications, project reports, and strategic planning.

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item trackers.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient business development operations.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, marketing support, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
