Core Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations & Case Management
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues between deployed employees, agency staff, and client supervisors.
- Compliance & Counseling: Ensure all actions strictly align with Philippine labor laws and company/client policies.
- Disciplinary Actions: Draft memos, conduct administrative hearings (e.g., Notice to Explain), and implement progressive discipline in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment.
2. Contract & Deployment Administration
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage pre-deployment requirements, orientation, contract signing, and clearance upon project completion.
- Contract Management: Track project durations, probationary periods, and contract renewals or terminations across multiple client sites.
201 File Maintenance: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date digital and physical employee records.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Timekeeping: Consolidate Daily Time Records (DTRs), process payroll data, and handle payroll queries from deployed workers.
- Statutory Contributions: Monitor and facilitate monthly remittances and benefit processing for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
