Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, credential verifications, and onboarding orientation.
Payroll & Benefits Support
Help gather and verify time sheet data for payroll processing.
Maintain records of PTO, sick leave, and other absences
Assist with open enrollment, benefit changes, and employee questions regarding insurance or retirement plans.
Compliance & Policy Management
Assist in updating employee handbook and internal HR policies.
Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
Employee Relations & Communication
Schedule performance reviews, evaluations, and staff training sessions.
Help organize team meetings, wellness programs, and staff events.
Provide administrative support for employee recognition programs and internal communication efforts.
