Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support (filing, encoding, documentation, record keeping)
  • Maintain and update tenant, lease, and property records
  • Assist in preparing reports, notices, and correspondence
  • Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate concerns with the Property Manager
  • Support move-in and move-out processing and documentation
  • Assist in billing and collection monitoring, including payment follow-ups
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with contractors and vendors
  • Monitor status of repairs and ensure timely completion of requests
  • Assist in preparing regular reports (occupancy, collections, maintenance updates)
  • Ensure proper organization and safekeeping of property documents


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any business-related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in administrative work or property management is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Preferably residing in Quezon City
