Recruitment Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating the hiring process and endorsing qualified applicants to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology
• 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
• Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling multiple hiring requirements
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned job openings
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Assist and accommodate walk-in applicants throughout the recruitment process
• Review and evaluate candidate profiles before endorsing them to clients or hiring managers
• Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements
