Customer Support Representative (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Sucat, Parañaque (Onsite)

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months)


Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls and send SMS notifications to drivers, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and operational support. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining positive relationships while delivering excellent service and support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to drivers to provide updates, reminders, instructions, and operational support.
  • Send SMS notifications and follow-up messages to drivers as required.
  • Address driver inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all interactions.
  • Accurately document driver interactions, concerns, and resolutions in company systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address driver-related concerns and operational issues.
  • Monitor and track assigned cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and communication standards.
  • Assist in administrative and support-related tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to support daily operations.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma, Senior High School graduate, or equivalent; college level or graduate is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and sending follow-up messages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computers, email, and basic office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Parañaque.
