What You’ll Do

Voice / Customer Support Roles

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns

• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards

• Document interactions and updates in company systems

Non-Voice / Chat Support Roles

• Assist customers via chat, email, and ticketing platforms

• Investigate and resolve concerns efficiently

• Meet service-level agreements and response time targets

• Maintain accurate case documentation

Back Office / Administrative Roles

• Perform data entry, record-keeping, and report generation

• Process transactions and administrative requests accurately

• Support internal teams with documentation and operational tasks

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate; college undergraduates and graduates are also welcome (depending on account requirements)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Willing to undergo training and coaching

• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience (depending on account availability)

Compensation & Benefits

Earn between PHP 15,000 to PHP 40,000+ per month, depending on the role, experience, account, and employer requirements
