DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for Windows and Linux based IT infrastructure maintenance andimplementation;

Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platform to meetservice level objectives.

Execution of data backup & recovery strategy, system disaster recovery andbusiness continuity of the core systems;

Follow-up security remediations on cloud platform suggested by cybersecurityteam;

Facilitate cloud operation automation;

Perform cloud operation task such as health check, capacity monitoring,problem solving and escalation in line with company guidelines or standardoperating procedures;

Configure, document, optimize and support the components of the DevOpsinfrastructure

Build automated deployments using configuration management technologies

Provide support and maintain Production, Staging and Dev environments

Rarely but when need. to do shift on weekends and public holidays / flexible working hours on request.

Requirements

Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Information Technology or ComputerScience or related disciplines;

Knowledge and hands-on experience in IT of virtualization, server, storage,network, etc.;

Experience in setting up Windows Server, Linux Server (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL),Network configuration/RPM packaging;

Experience in Blockchain & Web3 infrastructure.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience organizing infrastructure and configuration as code using Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform or equivalent

Experience working with modern development pipelines using Bamboo, ArgoCD or similar tools

Extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure

Excellent team player. Being able to communicate well with internal team members and external clients as project progresses.

Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must.

Experience with ElasticSearch / Datadog
