Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across the company’s social media platforms to promote its brand, services, projects, and culture
- Capture photos and videos from project sites, events, and company activities
- Manage social media accounts and actively engage with followers and online communities
- Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Document project progress and maintain organized content files
- Monitor social media performance and prepare analytics reports with recommendations for improvement
- Assist in creating marketing and promotional materials as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage
- Skilled in social media platforms and basic photo/video editing
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial industries is a plus
- Willing to visit project sites for content creation and documentation
