Talent Acquisition Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and support our recruitment team in achieving hiring goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and stakeholder management. This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Recruiters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organization.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct calibration sessions and provide coaching to improve recruiter performance.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment standards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Analyze recruitment data and generate reports on hiring trends, turnaround times, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment process improvement initiatives to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
• Assist in workforce planning and employer branding activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and handling high-volume hiring.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
