Social Media Manager (Quezon City)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the
company's business goals.
● Create annual, quarterly, and monthly social media plans and content
calendars.
● Identify emerging trends, platforms, and technologies relevant to the
automotive industry.
● Create, edit, and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos,
reels, short-form content, advertisements, promotional materials, social media
content, motion graphics, and graphic designs.
● Lead the creation and publication of engaging content across all social media
platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other
relevant channels.
● Ensure content accurately reflects the company's brand identity and value
proposition.
● Oversee photography, videography, graphics, and copywriting activities.
● Continuously seek opportunities to enhance content quality, workflow
efficiency, and creative output.
● Monitor brand sentiment and maintain a positive online reputation.
● Escalate customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for
resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual
Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising,
Film Production, Information Technology, or any related field.
● Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in multimedia editing, graphic design,
video production, digital content creation, or related creative roles.
● Experience managing social media content and digital marketing campaigns is
preferred.
● Experience in the automotive industry, vehicle enhancement, detailing, paint
protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, window tint, vinyl wrap, or related
industries is an advantage.
