Installed Base Analyst (Japanese Speakers)

Setup: Remote (WFH – Philippines-based)

Working Hours: Follow Japan business hours

Note: This position is open for local Philippines candidates only

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing large volumes of customer and subscription data (Installed Base Analysis)
• Generating insights and recommendations for renewal and upsell opportunities
• Supporting the end-to-end renewal process (analysis → recommendation → sales → execution)
• Collaborating with internal sales and renewal teams
• Communicating with stakeholders and customers when needed
• Managing administrative tasks such as ticket/case creation and follow-ups
• Tracking renewals, expirations, and identifying business growth opportunities

We’re looking for someone who:

• Fluent in Japanese (N1/N2) basic English
• Has strong data handling and analytical skills
• Has good business sense (able to translate data into actionable insights)
• Has experience in sales support, customer service, technical support, or similar roles
• Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
