We are looking for a Mid ServiceNow Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and SAP. In this role, you will build secure and scalable solutions that enable seamless data synchronization, workflow automation, and real-time communication between ServiceNow (System of Action) and SAP (System of Record).
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
- Experience integrating ServiceNow and SAP using SAP Spoke, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services
- Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
- Experience with MID Server, OAuth, Mutual Authentication, and secure integration practices
- Knowledge of data synchronization, Remote Tables, scheduled imports, and workflow automation
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
- Additional SAP integration experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow-to-SAP integrations
- Configure real-time and scheduled data synchronization between systems
- Design automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Implement error handling, monitoring, and logging mechanisms
- Configure secure communication channels using MID Server and authentication protocols
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver integration solutions
