JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures
• listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport
• clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
• maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
▫️ 18 years old or above
▫️ computer & internet literate
▫️ must be FLUENT in English; keep in mind that you'll be conversing with foreign customers
▫️ committed to full-time long-term employment

All successful applicants go through a month long training on communications, culture and product-specific courses to equip them before actual work begins.

? WORK-AT-HOME STRICT REQUIREMENTS ?
▫️ No BPO experience required
▫️ At least Senior HS graduate OR completed 2nd year College / Associate degree for those who graduated under the old High School (4th year) curriculum
▫️ Residing in Baguio, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro or Davao
▫️ Has stable home internet (30 mbps+)
▫️ Has conducive working setup at home
