Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assist in client acquisition and relationship management, particularly within Mandarin-speaking markets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales and marketing channels.
  • Follow up on company-generated leads and convert prospects into active clients.
  • Build relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and business partners.
  • Support marketing campaigns, social media content creation, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist clients with account opening and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
  • Support community engagement initiatives, events, and business development activities.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • For Internship: Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate.
  • For Full-Time: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Clear thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Responsible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in financial services, forex, CFDs, fintech, or investment products is an advantage but not required.
