The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving product demand with dealers and distributors. This role combines commercial acumen with deep technical knowledge of crop production, product use, and industry practices. The TSR leads field sales initiatives, builds strong relationships with distributors and dealers, and coordinates closely with internal teams to ensure efficient sales operations, customer satisfaction, and market intelligence gathering.
The TSR plays a key role in territory development by executing approved promotional activities, identifying and nurturing high-potential sales channels, monitoring competitive activity, and ensuring timely delivery, billing, and collections. The TSR also contributes to team development through training support and product knowledge sharing.
