Level Up is looking for a highly motivated Training Supervisor to lead and develop our Training Team while ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality learning and development programs. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Training and Development, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum design, training delivery, and evaluation, as well as conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions. This role involves collaborating with Sales Leaders to identify performance gaps, developing and implementing classroom and nesting programs, mentoring trainers, and driving continuous learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness while supporting the organization's operational and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Training Team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training programs
  • Design, plan, and implement comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to identify developmental opportunities and performance gaps
  • Develop and execute effective classroom curricula and structured Nesting Programs aligned with operational goals
  • Contribute to the achievement of short-term and long-term Sales Operations objectives by ensuring the endorsement of high-quality and well-prepared trainees
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and monitor trainer effectiveness through regular training and coaching observations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to identify performance gaps and provide continuous training support
  • Drive continuous learning initiatives that enhance product knowledge, salesmanship, and overall employee performance


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Training Supervisor or in a related leadership role within Training and Development
  • Willing and capable of working flexible schedules and extended hours when necessary to meet business demands and operational requirements
  • Demonstrates and models exemplary leadership behaviors aligned with the company’s values, culture, and professional standards
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the full Training and Development Cycle, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Design, Training Implementation, and Training Evaluation
  • Experienced in Train-the-Trainer sessions
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
