Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least 3rd year College Undergraduate
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Team Lead in a BPO company
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Wide knowledge about other sourcing channels/sourcing strategies
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
