As an Operations Associate, you'll work on business analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional projects that support the company's growth. You'll gain firsthand exposure to different areas of the business while taking ownership of projects and working closely with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Track, monitor, and analyze key business and operational metrics.
- Conduct research on customer and driver behavior to support business improvements.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify various growth opportunities the business can tap into.
- Present insights and findings to drive and support business decisions of the company.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with different departments to execute business initiatives and improve operational processes.
- Lead or support special projects aimed at growing the brand and business.
- Perform other business and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accountancy, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office programs, specifically in Google Sheets and Excel.
