Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, developing execution plans and strategies aligned with product scope and client requirements.
  • Dive deep into customer needs to monitor and drive plan execution, proactively identify and escalate risks, and organize customer training sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and R&D to track and resolve client issues, ensuring successful project acceptance and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project documentation throughout the lifecycle and ensure smooth handover to the after-sales support team.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in software project delivery or project management within the internet industry.
  • Exceptional communication and logical thinking skills, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution efficiently.
  • Solid time management and project management skills, with a keen eye for identifying and solving problems.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates with purpose and works effectively across functions.
