Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Onsite/Field support on installing, diagnosing repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware/software in order to ensure optimal performance
  • Will be required to troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion as well as performing regular backups and restorations Perform IMAC (Install, Movement. Add and Change) Services within prescribed SLA
  • Install, configure, test maintain monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software and assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to Mac and PC boxes, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards. hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives. RAM memory chips, and CD-ROMS
  • Accurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair installation, and removal
  • Gather and document reported bugs and error, then relay them to system developers

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates of Bachelor's Degree in information Technology, Computer Science Management Information Systems, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Graduate of ICT Strand with 6 months to 1 year experience on IT Technical Troubleshooting
  • Willing to work overtime and to deploy anywhere with their assigned areas
  • Good verbal and written communications with team members and company users
