Human Resources Coorinator

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring: Assisting hiring managers with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-employment and background checks.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing new-hire paperwork, processing I-9 verifications, and conducting new hire orientations to integrate employees into the company. They also process exit paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
Administration & Record Keeping: Updating and maintaining accurate physical and digital employee files in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This involves tracking attendance, leaves of absence (LOA), and performance management cycles.
Benefits & Payroll Support: Answering employee questions regarding health insurance, retirement plans, and payroll. They often assist in reconciling benefits statements and preparing data for payroll processing.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Acting as a liaison between employees and HR management, helping to ensure workplace policies are followed and state/federal labor laws are respected.
Job Requirements
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication to field employee questions, conduct orientations, and coordinate interviews.
- Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive and personal employee data with high ethical standards.
- Organization & Multitasking: Capacity to juggle recruitment, onboarding schedules, and daily HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
