Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Blockchain & Crypto Account Manager to build strong client relationships, assist with onboarding, provide account support, and educate clients on our blockchain-based products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain client accounts professionally.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Provide customer support through chat, email, and virtual meetings.
- Educate clients on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and reports.
- Stay informed about blockchain industry trends and market developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
