Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Prepare reports and monitoring sheets
- Handle HR administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- With experience at least 1yr experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
