Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software and hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document technical processes and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in training users on software and hardware functionalities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in technical support and troubleshooting; familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
