What you will do

Data Collection and Preparation: Gather data from various internal and external sources while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support business analysis.

Data Processing and Transformation: Clean, process, and transform raw data into reliable and usable datasets for reporting and analytical purposes.

Data Analysis and Business Insights: Analyze data using statistical methods and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business performance and operational efficiency.

Reporting and Data Visualization: Develop, maintain, and customize reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate complex information in a clear and actionable manner for different business units.

Data Pipeline Support: Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines and automated processes that improve data collection, preparation, and reporting efficiency.

Data Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor data validation processes to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.

Business Collaboration: Work closely with the MIS Supervisor and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, deliver analytical solutions, and support strategic business decisions.

A Data Analyst strives to deliver accurate, reliable, and meaningful insights that enable the organization to make informed business decisions. By collecting, processing, and analyzing data, developing insightful dashboards, and ensuring data quality, the Data Analyst helps improve operational efficiency and business performance. Through collaboration with different departments and continuous process improvement, the role contributes to building a strong data-driven culture across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different departments to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical support that addresses business needs.

Business Intelligence: Deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights into operational performance, customer behavior, and business opportunities.

Continuous Improvement: Support the enhancement of data collection processes, reporting systems, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Data Quality Management: Maintain high standards of data integrity through validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data quality processes.

Compliance and Security: Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with company policies while adhering to eTap's safety, security, and information security protocols.

Other Duties: Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned while maintaining alignment with company processes and standards.

Why You

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Experience in collecting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
