Analytics Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare all management reports, collect KPI data and provide Business Performance reports, including first draft of analysis and commentary.

• Provide accounting information for purposes of meeting tax compliance obligations and planning/efficiency opportunities.

• Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.

• Develop and maintain databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.

• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.

Competencies and Skills

• Strong data analysis and mathematical skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python

• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data mining

• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills

• Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or similar visualization tools

• Ability to develop and apply analytical models and algorithms

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• High accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficient in querying, reporting, and presenting data insights

• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.

• With at least 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience.

• With strong background in SAP

• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

• On-site: Monday-Friday | regular working hours
