Head of Corporation Audit

Job Summary

The Head of Corporate Audit is responsible for leading the organization's internal audit function by developing risk-based audit plans, evaluating internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve governance, risk management, and operational efficiency. The role works closely with senior management to strengthen internal controls and support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CIA, CFE, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, compliance, or finance, including 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk management, corporate governance, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience conducting financial, operational, compliance, and investigative audits.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, decision-making, communication, and report-writing skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and audit or ERP systems.
