Description

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
