Data Analyst

Position Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for data operations, analysis, management, and data security support. Through data collection, analysis, and monitoring, you will help optimize business operations and improve data management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean, and maintain business data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct multi-dimensional analysis of business, project, and operational data, and prepare analytical reports.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking systems to support management and business teams.

• Monitor project performance and identify risks, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.

• Support the Data Security team in data governance, access control, and security compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data extraction, processing, analysis, and reporting.

• Assist in data-related projects, including testing, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure all data handling processes comply with company security and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in Data Operations, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data processing, and reporting.

• Ability to analyze data from multiple perspectives and provide actionable insights.

• Experience in project operations or data management.

• Experience in Internet, fintech, trading platforms, Web3, or blockchain industries is an advantage.

• Strong logical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and sensitive to data quality.

• Proficiency in Chinese and English; additional languages are a plus.
