Position: Customer Service Representative (Chat & Voice)

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱31,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through chat and voice channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and update account records accurately.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not always required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
