About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead the organization's internal audit function, strengthen governance, enhance risk management, and improve internal controls across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based financial and operational audit plans.
• Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up audits.
• Evaluate governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for senior management.
• Develop and maintain audit methodologies, policies, and procedures aligned with IIA Standards.
• Lead and mentor the Internal Audit team while driving continuous process improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA is preffered.
• 5–10 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, or Internal Controls, with leadership experience.
• Experience with a reputable audit firm is highly preferred.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management.
• Proven experience leading audit engagements, managing audit teams, and preparing audit reports.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit management or data analytics tools.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
