Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
• Source, screen, and assess qualified technical candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hire.

Qualifications:

•  Must have proven experience in Technical Recruitment.
•  Strong understanding of IT and technical roles.
•  Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
•  Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
