  • Ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and decision-ready.

Controls, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Enforce approval workflows, payment processes, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate the preparation and timely filing of tax returns, statutory remittances, and regulatory reports.
  • Prepare audit schedules and coordinate statutory and regulatory filings.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.
  • Set priorities, manage workloads, and uphold finance quality standards.
  • Review team outputs and ensure accuracy before work is finalized.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and internal controls.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including financial reporting, month-end close, cash flow management, billing, and statutory compliance.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred. You should be comfortable reviewing the work of the accounting team, providing guidance and coaching, and ensuring accuracy and quality before work is finalized.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial reporting, Philippine taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Experience with Xero or a comparable accounting system is an advantage.
  • CPA is an advantage but not required. We value proven experience, sound judgment, leadership, and the ability to build reliable finance processes.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who exercises sound judgment, communicates effectively, and thrives in a hands-on environment.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to step into or strengthen your leadership role in finance.
  • The chance to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and help build a finance function that supports a growing business.
  • A collaborative, purpose-driven workplace where your work directly contributes to the company's long-term success.

If you're ready to take ownership of finance operations, lead by example, and grow with a company that values continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
