Responsibilities:

· End-to-end recruitment process

· Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

· Understand Australian market trends and specific job requirements.

·Coordinate interviews and manage client and candidate communications.

· Post engaging job ads on platforms. Build a strong, reliable talent pool for future and active vacancies.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience (3+ years) recruiting in the Australian market.

· Familiarity with the Australian work culture, salary brackets, and visa types (if applicable).

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

· Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
