Description
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure user satisfaction.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles for common issues encountered by users.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems and applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery and application performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Atleast 6 months SEO experience
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills
