Position: All Around Support

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.

- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License.

- Proven ability to safely operate both four-wheel and two-wheel vehicles.

- Comfortable driving company executives, employees, clients, and passengers while maintaining professionalism and road safety.

Knowledgeable in traffic rules, road safety regulations, and basic vehicle maintenance.

- Physically fit and willing to perform multi-functional operational tasks.

- Honest, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.

- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays when required.

Job Description:

The All Around Support personnel is responsible for providing reliable transportation services and operational assistance to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport clients, employees, and members of the management to their designated locations while ensuring comfort, safety, and punctuality.

- Assist clients and management with parking, vehicle maneuvering, and other transportation-related needs.

- Perform messenger duties, including the timely pickup and delivery of company documents, packages, office supplies, and other business-related items.

- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after use, ensuring cleanliness, proper maintenance, and immediate reporting of any mechanical issues.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, company vehicles, and other designated facilities.

- Provide general operational support by assisting different departments with day-to-day tasks as assigned by management.

- Assist in office errands, logistics, inventory movement, and other company activities whenever needed.

- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards at all times.

- Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisors or management in support of business operations.
