- Oversee the training programs and ensure curriculum is up to date.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to organizational needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff across various departments.
- Provide support and mentorship to trainees to enhance their learning experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in training or instructional roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to assess training needs and adapt programs accordingly
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for training and development
