DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations:

● Monitor advertising campaigns and record timely delivery on various platforms such as television, radio, online, and other digital marketing channels.

● Accurately and efficiently input or encode, validate, track, and maintain all data from various sources into a unified and secured data files or database.

● Ensures data files are correctly prepared, consolidated, and saved to backup drives.

● Creates and runs reports that generate statistics on data collection activities and comprehensiveness.

● Works closely with different teams across departments on data collection projects and activities.

● Performs any other tasks that management requires assistance with, in relation to data monitoring, collection, and recording.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Excellent communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.

● Proficient in MS Office and Google documentation tools with experience in using data entry and management systems.

● Typing speed and accuracy of at least 35 WPM.

● With access to television, radio, and online channels to be monitored and recorded.

● Ability to quickly process and organize information with high attention to detail.

● Adept at file management (both digitally and manually).

● Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks.

● Bachelor’s degree.

● Knowledge of CRM, content management systems, and digital marketing.

● Experience working for an entertainment or gaming website or B2C industry.
