Recruiter

• Performs the recruitment of applicants
• Create, design and propose marketing plan & activities
• Ensures that marketing target and objectives are served timely and accordingly
• Monitors candidate’s application progress
• Ensures that supply of applicants is available in any given time, personal background is established, requirements are on hand
• Facilitates presentation of different programs, orientation, alignment meetings and forums
• In-charge of the boosting and promotion of social media account
• Maintains marketing and project data base
• Reports regularly to the Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Courses
• Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in Marketing
• Knowledge in Japanese Language is a plus but not necessary
• Knowledge in Social Media and Web Analytics
