Senior Operation Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in operations / manufacturing environment
• Experience in handling maintenance coordination, warehouse, logistics, and QA/QC operations is preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Experience in supervising or coordinating operational teams is preferred
• Strong knowledge of operations workflow and manufacturing processes
• Familiar with machinery maintenance coordination and servicing schedules
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and inventory control
• Understanding of QA/QC procedures, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Able to prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and workflow performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations involving Engineering (Maintenance), QA/QC, Warehouse, and Transportation departments
• Monitor machinery maintenance schedules and coordinate repair or servicing activities with engineering team
• Ensure smooth coordination of warehouse operations, stock movement, and delivery schedules
• Liaise with lorry drivers, warehouse staff, QA/QC, and production departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor operational workflow and identify areas for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Prepare and review operational reports, records, and KPIs
• Handle operational issues, delays, and coordination matters effectively
• Supervise and guide operational staff when required
• Support Management in improving productivity, efficiency, and cost control initiatives

Working Hours : Monday - Friday : 08:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday (Alternate) : 08:30am - 12:30pm
