Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in an Area Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
Proven experience managing multiple retail stores and leading Store Managers and branch personnel.
Strong background in sales management, retail operations, inventory control, and customer service.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular store visits across South Luzon.
Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, gadgets, mobile phones, gaming, or specialty retail is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple branches across South Luzon.
Ensure stores consistently achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
Monitor store performance and implement action plans to improve results.
Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and operational reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and branch teams to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to execute promotions and business initiatives.
Prepare and submit timely sales, operational, and performance reports.
Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market presence and store performance.
Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards across all assigned stores.
